  • Contact applicants and arrange interviews.
  • Conduct required checks.
  • Complete onboarding for successful applicants.

We may be unable to assess or progress your application if required information is not provided.

5. Who it may be shared with

  • Authorised staff involved in recruitment, management, or onboarding.
  • Screening, background-check, drug and alcohol testing, or onboarding providers where applicable.
  • Technology providers used to manage applications.
  • Legal or regulatory bodies where required.

6. Sensitive information

We only collect sensitive information where necessary and with consent or where legally permitted. TFN, bank details, Medicare details, and full identity documents should not be requested at the first application stage unless there is a clear lawful need.
