Role overview
You will load, organise, and deliver parcels using company systems and route instructions. The role involves safe driving, customer-facing delivery work, mobile app usage, parcel handling, pre-start checks, issue reporting, and end-of-shift close-out. You will be supported by dispatch and team leads during active routes.
What you'll do
- Complete pre-start checks before leaving the depot.
- Load and organise parcels according to route instructions.
- Drive safely and follow road rules, depot standards, and company procedures.
- Complete deliveries using the required mobile apps and delivery processes.
- Communicate early with dispatch when issues occur.
- Follow customer delivery instructions where safe and lawful.
- Report vehicle, safety, access, or parcel issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean van and complete end-of-shift close-out steps.

- $32.36/hr base rate + 12% super + paid OT rates as applicable + entitlements
